Welcome to RLJB Business Consulting

As a qualified senior finance professional, I have significant experience in a variety of business sectors. ​Much of my extensive experience was achieved as the finance director working with a fast-moving entrepreneurial managing director. Together we grew an American owned business from a simple manufacturing operation with a turnover of £3 million and a profit of £700k to one that is now a complex worldwide business with a turnover of over £20 million and a £4.5 million profit. During my time as financial director we generated over £60 million of Profit. Achieving year on year growth.

​Having served as a pension trustee for 25 years (3 of which as chairman) has given me a deep understanding of complex arrangements & compliance issues.

I have gained excellent hands on and strategic skills across all aspects of a business, especially in a quickly changing competitive environments where speed is of the essence. The experience and knowledge I have acquired puts me in a unique position to support business through change, growth, crises, or decline.
